Via Riyadh

The project is part of Riyadh season2. It is the 4 th district, and offers 5 star hotel with 100 rooms, 15 restaurants, 23 retail shops and a cinema that have 7 halls plus VIP private rooms. Saaf Contracting involvement was in the design of 15 restaurants together with international design firm SUDARCHITECTS.

Benihana Restaurant (Al Khobar)

This restaurant has a unique and distinctive design located in Al Khobar near seaside and with its amazing atmosphere make it highly recommended one. It has authentic Japanese cuisine and great setting. Saaf Contracting completed the turnkey project covering MEP , fit out works and finishing works.

Habbar & Tact Digital Marketing

Saaf Contracting has involved in the remodeling of an office building (estimated area of 2000 m2) of the new site and the supervisory area. The main works are related with the improvement of the design, MEP works, Fit-out works and Supply of Furniture to all the offices.

Norwegian Embassy

Saaf Contracting achieve renovation for various part of the embassy involving MEP, Finishing and Decorations.

Abdul Raouf Khalil Museum

Was built by us from 1989 till 1992, it is a landmark for heritage in Jeddah and a true copy of its old city. We did this project as a turnkey basis including an extensive research in the old city and the use of authentical construction material much as coral stones and mashrabias woodworks and copper old lighting design, it is one of the most visited museums of Jeddah and open to the public as a museum and a destination to show the old Jeddah City Heritage.

Vittori Palace Hotel

Located in Riyadh, 5.1 km from Saqr Aljazeera Aviation Museum, Vittory Palace Hotel and Residences provides accommodations with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness center and a bar. With free WiFi . Saaf Contracting did the decoration and furniture for 36 Hotel Villas
